About Me

I'm Adrián, 24 years old, from Beas de Segura, Jaén 🌳. I've always been passionate about discovering how things work, learning, and living new experiences. I’ve combined studies and work in hospitality, agriculture, and education 🍽️, and I’ve participated in cultural exchanges in England 🇬🇧 and Italy 🇮🇹, as well as volunteering and international projects that helped me grow both personally and professionally 🇪🇺. I also enjoy playing sports such as basketball 🏀 and I’m always looking to stay active and explore new hobbies.

I hold a degree in Statistics 🎓 and a Master’s degree in Data Science and Computer Engineering 👨🏻‍💻🧬 from the University of Granada, where I successfully defended my Master’s thesis focused on GenoScribe, an intelligent system for the automated and interactive generation of bioinformatics reports. Currently, I work as a bioinformatics developer at CSIC-IPBLN under a JAE Intro ICU grant, continuing to expand this project and collaborating on other bioinformatics initiatives. I’m passionate about bioinformatics, data analysis, artificial intelligence applied to biomedicine, photography 📸, learning languages, and exploring cultures 🌏. I consider myself curious, organized, adaptable, and observant, always eager to learn and to create meaningful and impactful projects.
